Vacuum bagging is used for building high performance laminated parts using a wide range of fabrics and core materials. It uses atmospheric pressure to deliver firm, even clamping pressure over the entire surface area of a composite part, regardless of the material or materials being laminated.
By laminating over simple molds, composites can be molded into an endless variety of high performance parts.
